Beata Alfoldi led an amazing corporate retreat for my organisation Co-Creation Partners in Peru - August 2018. If your organisation is really committed to personal growth and breakthrough performance, Beata is the guide you should use. For us, Beata was an incredible facilitator who combined a deep exploration into ourselves with a connection into the profound wisdom of the indigenous people of the Andes. Beata herself is an amazing mix of spontaneity, inner knowing, intuition and knowledge of the shamanic tradition; which all come together in her story telling and crafting of journeys’ that allow individuals to transcend their ego and connect with a deeper knowing. What this unlocked for us was:

1. Individual and collective well-being.
2. Deep connection as a team that has allowed us to move forward on our collective intention of leading transformation work in large corporations.

I would recommend Beata for organisations large and small, but would warn that her work is not something you want to engage in if you are not committed to deep learning and transformation.
